Zachary’s New Customer Profile

This is one Hot Pizza Group!  Established in 1983, a 100% employee-owned company with four locations in the San Francisco Bay Area: Oakland, Berkeley, San Ramon, and Pleasant Hill. The eccentric culture is recognized locally and nationally with over 150 BestPizzaAwards! In addition to the tried and true pizza methods of over 30 years, Zachary’s offers 2 styles of pizza: a Chicago-style stuffed pizza and a traditional thin crust pizza. Every Zachary’s Chicago Pizza is made with our mildly spicy, tangy tomato sauce, made-from-scratch dough, and our unique blend of quality cheeses. All ingredients are the finest and freshest available. Their approach is a commitment to high quality food, and a pleasurable dining experience.    They even decorate each of the different restaurants with customers’ art work! With TakeOut Tech they will be one hot spot!  http://goo.gl/AT6Zh

Group Ordering 75% Done

We know you have been impatiently waiting for this moment!  Check out our progress on our site!  Set up a Login on our PC Demo Site, login and then click Group Order  http://goo.gl/Ba7lQ   When you create a login you can also see how our new features work.  We know you have been using your tablet more, so we ensured everything would work really well on a tablet too!  Group Order will allow customers to setup order parameters for a group order. Such parameters like having a spending limit and a time limit.  Then an email can be sent to the participants or groups of the event and informs them of the rules you have already established.  The system will then allow for the administrator to pay for everything up front and send out follow up emails too!

T-Gate/BridgePay

BridgePay is our new gateway, we are moving all of our customers too.  BridgePay allows us to take credit cards with better security. With this, we have created a new solution, Self-Ordering Kiosk for Pickup Orders.  You can have an encrypted mag-card reader on an iPad in a stand that will work through the Kiosk, with little PCI compliance issues:  http://www.bridgepaynetwork.com/

SMS Orders

SMS or Text Orders are now available.  When an order is sent to the restaurant, by email, fax, windows print, dashboard, and POS system.  TakeOut Tech can send a txt message to as many phones in the restaurant to ensure the order is handled as specifically as you want with the employees you wish to reach.  This is $ 5 per month, for as many phones as you want this feature setup on.  The whole order comes via text.  We are always finding ways to ensure orders get to the restaurant no matter the challenge!

New BackEnd Features-

-Build your own Holiday Orders!

-New POS Dashboard, watch and manage your orders on any device!

-New FAX Dashboard, keep track, watch orders, and look them up if need be!
